Webinar: Discover Product Innovation Through Lightweighting with Additive Manufacturing (Thursday, 13th of February)

Kaizen PLM are thrilled to partner with Irish Manufacturing Research and Siemens Digital Industries Software to bring you this exciting webinar. Discover how lightweighting with additive manufacturing can drive product innovation, cut costs, and improve sustainability.

About the webinar:

Lightweighting is a design methodology that allows engineers to redesign parts to reduce a part's weight while maintaining (and sometimes improving) the part's performance. As more companies introduce Additive Manufacturing into their workflow, opportunities arise to reduce production costs and improve part performance.

In this insightful webinar, you'll gain a clear understanding of how lightweighting innovations are achieved using advanced digital engineering and additive manufacturing. Through real-world examples, we'll showcase how these methodologies can impact production costs and part performance across key industries.

Key Topics Covered:

  • How Additive Manufacturing has transformed what can be achieved through lightweighting

  • Details of advanced lightweighting techniques such as part amalgamation and topological optimisation

  • Industry case studies that demonstrate how these techniques directly affected the cost and performance of their lightweighted parts.

This webinar is tailored for:

  • Key decision-makers in manufacturing and engineering companies.

  • R&D Managers looking to optimise product development.

  • Engineers interested in lightweighting strategies using AM.

If you are working in an industry where part weight is a critical factor then this webinar is a must-see.
